Level 1 teaches the basics of improv theory in relation to short form improv and what we do at Dad’s Garage. It is the foundation for our entire class system!
During class, students are introduced to ideas and excercises that provide performance building blocks to use throughout their improv careers.
This class is designed for students seeking continued improv education as well as professionals looking for new, unique ways to approach public speaking and interpersonal dynamics in the workplace.

Level 1 Improv 55+ - Tuesdays 11 AM - 1 PM

For Adults 55+
This improv class is designed specifically for adults 55 and older who want to laugh, connect, and try something new in a welcoming and supportive environment. No experience is required—just a willingness to say "yes" to having fun.
Through engaging improv games and exercises, you'll strengthen creativity, sharpen your mind, build confidence, and enjoy the simple joy of spontaneous laughter. Whether you're looking to meet new people, challenge yourself in a low-pressure setting, or reignite a creative spark, this class offers a space to explore, play, and discover.
There are no scripts to memorize, no performances to perfect, and no pressure to be funny. The focus is on enjoying the process, supporting one another, and embracing the unexpected.
